• Contact details: your name, mobile phone number, and email address (if provided).
• Vehicle details: year, make, model, VIN, mileage, and license plate.
• Service records: appointment dates and times, repair orders, estimates, invoices, warranty information, and notes about your visit.
• Messaging records: your text-message consent and a log of the text messages we send you.
• Payment information: processed by our payment processor when you pay. We do not store full card numbers in our scheduling system.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it only to send messages about your own appointment and vehicle service, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

• Consent: You agree to receive texts when you provide your mobile number to us and consent on our service check-in form or by phone. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you reply START.

• Rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers: that help us operate, such as our text-messaging provider (Twilio) and payment processors. They may use your information only to perform services for us, not for their own marketing.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, customers, or property.

The sharing limits in Section 3 apply to your mobile number and text-messaging consent in all cases.

We keep customer and service records for as long as needed for service, warranty, tax, and legal purposes. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
