These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the services and text-messaging program offered by Mithila Brothers Inc, doing business as EV Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services or enrolling in our text-messaging program, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide electric and hybrid vehicle battery repair, rebuild, and recycling services at our Kissimmee, Florida location. Estimates, repairs, pricing, and warranties are governed by the repair order and any warranty documents we give you for your vehicle.
SMS Terms
Program description. The EV Pro text-messaging program, operated by Mithila Brothers Inc, sends customer-care text messages about your own appointment and vehicle service. Messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, notices of schedule changes or cancellations, and service or vehicle-status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this program.
How you opt in. You agree to receive text messages when you provide your mobile number and consent on our service check-in form, or by giving verbal consent to our staff when booking an appointment by phone. By consenting, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from EV Pro (Mithila Brothers Inc) at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
How to opt out. You can cancel the text-messaging program at any time. Reply STOP to any message (you may also use CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE). You will receive one confirmation message, and then you will no longer receive texts from us. To rejoin, reply START or tell us at the shop. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to receive vehicle service.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at 407-846-3777 or info@evbatterypro.com.
Supported carriers. The program works with major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and can depend on your device, network, and coverage.
Your responsibilities. You agree to give us a mobile number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use, and to tell us if your number changes or is reassigned, so that we do not text someone else.
Privacy. We use your mobile number only for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Appointments
Appointment times are scheduled in good faith, but diagnostic findings, parts availability, and shop conditions can change the timing of your service. Please call us if you need to reschedule or cancel. Text reminders are a courtesy and do not replace your responsibility to keep track of your appointment.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mithila Brothers Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delayed, failed, or misdirected text messages. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right you have under your repair order, our written warranty, or applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms or the text-messaging program from time to time. The effective date above shows when the Terms were last changed. Continued use of our services or the text-messaging program after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
